- Bella Bottle operate a strict over 18’s policy, photographic identification will be required upon delivery.
- Minimum purchase order from £20. Please note minimum order and delivery charges will vary depending on your location.
- You may only include one packet of cigarettes in your minimum order.
- When placing an order you must provide full address and contact details.
- Bella Bottle reserves the right to refuse orders at our own discretion without reason.
- Bella Bottle accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. Please state your form of payment when placing your order.
- All card payments will take place over the telephone, so please have your card details ready. Photographic identification will be required when using credit/debit cards.
- All orders must be placed over the telephone and the place of delivery shall be the address stated by the buyer at the time the order is placed.
- Bell Bottle is categorically dedicated to protecting your privacy. As a professional and licensed organisation we are registered with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- We do not deliver to public areas such as parks or road sides.
- Customers may only receive orders at the door of address previously stated when an order is placed.
- Verbal or physical abuse of any kind over the telephone or when an order is being delivered will not be tolerated. Your order will be refused and the address will be blacklisted.
- Last orders must be placed 15 minutes before closing time.
- All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Drivers are not permitted to enter flats or apartments.
